Wir suchen dich als Creative Director Digital / Visual Experience (all genders), um gemeinsam mit uns visuelle Markenwelten für den digitalen Raum von heute – und vor allem von morgen – zu gestalten.

LIGANOVA HORIZON ist eine Digital Marketing Agency für globale Brands und Teil der LIGANOVA GROUP. Wir entwickeln digitale Experiences, Kampagnen und visuelle Systeme für internationale Marken an der Schnittstelle von Kreation, Technologie und Innovation. Unser Anspruch ist es, Marken nicht nur sichtbar zu machen, sondern sie durch relevante, zukunftsfähige digitale Erlebnisse nachhaltig zu positionieren.

In dieser Rolle übernimmst du kreative Führung für anspruchsvolle digitale Projekte. Du entwickelst starke visuelle Leitideen, prägst die kreative Handschrift unserer Arbeiten und treibst den gezielten Einsatz von 3D, Motion und AI innerhalb moderner Kreativ- und Produktionsprozesse aktiv voran. Du denkst nicht in einzelnen Assets, sondern in Systemen, Narrativen und Experiences, die Marken langfristig wirksam machen.

WHAT YOU DO

Kreative Gesamtverantwortung für digitale Projekte, Kampagnen und Experiences
Entwicklung zukunftsgerichteter visueller Leitideen auf Basis von Marken-, Marketing- und Kommunikationsstrategien, insbesondere im Kontext internationaler Marken
Führung, Inspiration und Weiterentwicklung eines spezialisierten Teams aus 3D-, Motion- und Visual-Designern
Kreativer Sparringspartner für Kunden auf Augenhöhe – inklusive strategischer Beratung und kreativer Führung von Kunden
Überzeugende Präsentation von Ideen und Aufbau langfristiger, vertrauensvoller Kundenbeziehungen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Strategy, Design, Development und Project Management an integrierten Digital Experiences
Definition von Look & Feel, visuellen Systemen und Storytelling-Ansätzen über verschiedene digitale Touchpoints hinweg
Integration von AI- und Gen-AI-Technologien in kreative Workflows – von Konzeption und Previsualisierung bis zur skalierbaren Content-Produktion
Sicherstellung höchster kreativer Qualität, visueller Konsistenz und Markenexzellenz über alle Projekte hinweg
Aktive Beobachtung von Trends in Digital Marketing, Visual Culture, Technologie und AI und Übersetzung in relevante kreative Impulse

WHO YOU ARE

Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung als Creative Director, Associate Creative Director oder Senior Art Director in einer Digital- oder Kreativagentur
Nachweisbare Erfahrung mit internationalen Marken oder komplexen, technologisch geprägten Markenwelten
Herausragendes Portfolio mit Fokus auf digitale Markenkommunikation, visuelle Konzepte und Experiences
Tiefes Verständnis für Markenführung, digitale Kommunikation und visuelles Storytelling
Fundiertes Wissen in 3D- und Motion-Design als kreative Leitinstanz
Erfahrung mit gängigen Toolchains und Pipelines (z. B. Cinema 4D oder Blender, Unreal Engine, Render-Tools) sowie hohe Offenheit für neue Technologien
Ausgeprägte AI-Affinität und klares Verständnis für den Mehrwert von Gen-AI in kreativen und produktiven Prozessen
Sehr gutes Gespür für Ästhetik, Dramaturgie und visuelle Markenwirkung
Souveränes Auftreten, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an Teamführung, Mentoring und Weiterentwicklung
Präsentationssicherheit und Erfahrung im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Stakeholdern
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

We are looking for a Creative Director Digital / Visual Experience (all genders) to shape visual brand worlds for the digital space of today – and, above all, tomorrow.

LIGANOVA HORIZON is a digital marketing agency for global brands and part of the LIGANOVA GROUP. A strong focus of our work lies in the international digital brand environments: we create digital experiences, campaigns and visual systems for international automotive brands at the intersection of creativity, technology and innovation. Our ambition is to make brands not only visible, but sustainably relevant through future-ready digital experiences.

In this role, you take creative leadership for complex digital projects. You develop strong visual lead ideas, shape the creative signature of our work and actively drive the use of 3D, motion and AI within modern creative and production workflows. You think beyond individual assets and focus on systems, narratives and experiences that create long-term brand impact.

WHAT YOU DO

Take full creative responsibility digital projects, campaigns and experiences
Develop future-oriented visual lead concepts based on brand, marketing and communication strategies, especially in an international brand context
Lead, inspire and develop a specialized team of 3D, motion and visual designers
Act as a creative sparring partner and trusted advisor for clients, including strategic leadership of client accounts
Present ideas convincingly and build long-term, trust-based client relationships
Collaborate closely with strategy, design, development and project management teams
Define look & feel, visual systems and storytelling approaches across digital touchpoints
Integrate AI and generative AI technologies into creative workflows – from concept development and previsualization to scalable content production
Ensure the highest level of creative quality, visual consistency and brand excellence across all projects
Actively monitor trends in digital marketing, visual culture, technology and AI and translate them into relevant creative impulses

WHO YOU ARE

Several years of leadership experience as a Creative Director, Associate Creative Director or Senior Art Director in a digital or creative agency
Proven experience working with international brands or complex, technology-driven brand environments
Outstanding portfolio focused on digital brand communication, visual concepts and experiences
Deep understanding of brand strategy, digital communication and visual storytelling, ideally within the automotive sector
Strong expertise in 3D and motion design as a creative lead
Experience with common toolchains and pipelines (e.g. Cinema 4D or Blender, Unreal Engine, rendering tools) and a strong openness to new technologies
High affinity for AI and a clear understanding of how generative AI enhances creative and production processes
Excellent sense of aesthetics, dramaturgy and visual brand impact
Confident presence, strong communication skills and passion for team leadership, mentoring and development
Presentation confidence and experience working with demanding stakeholders
Fluent in German and English
