Als Art Director Digital arbeitest du an anspruchsvollen digitalen Markenwelten, Kampagnen und Experiences für internationale Kunden. Du entwickelst starke visuelle Konzepte, setzt diese souverän um und bringst Motion-, 3D- und AI-Kompetenz gezielt in digitale Projekte ein. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Senior Art Directors, Creative Direction sowie interdisziplinären Teams aus Design, Motion, 3D, Creative Technology und Development zusammen.

Du verstehst digitales Design nicht als isolierte Disziplin, sondern als Teil ganzheitlicher, systemischer Markenerlebnisse.

WHAT YOU DO

Entwicklung visueller Konzepte, Designs und Motion-Ansätze für digitale Kampagnen, Experiences und Plattformen
Umsetzung von Design- und Motion-Ideen auf Basis klarer kreativer Leitkonzepte und visueller Systeme
Mitarbeit an Motion-, 3D- und Visual-Design-Aufgaben innerhalb interdisziplinärer Projektteams
Aktive Integration von AI- und Generative-AI-Tools in kreative Workflows und Designprozesse
Gestaltung von Animationen, Visuals und Bewegtbildinhalten für unterschiedliche digitale Touchpoints
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Senior Art Directors, Creative Directors, Creative Technologists und Developern
Weiterentwicklung von visuellen Styles, Motion-Sprachen und digitalen Designsystemen
Sicherstellung hoher gestalterischer Qualität und konsistenter visueller Umsetzung innerhalb des eigenen Aufgabenbereichs
Aktive Auseinandersetzung mit Trends in Digital Design, Motion, 3D, Visual Culture und AI

WHO YOU ARE

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Art Director, Digital Designer oder Motion Designer in einer Digital- oder Kreativagentur
Starkes Portfolio mit Fokus auf digitale Markenkommunikation, Motion und visuelle Konzepte
Sehr gutes Gespür für Ästhetik, Dramaturgie und digitale Markenwirkung
Souveräner Umgang mit Motion Design und fundierte Kenntnisse in digitalem Design; 3D-Know-how von Vorteil
Hohe Affinität zu AI, Generative AI und neuen kreativen Technologien sowie Verständnis für deren kreativen Mehrwert
Fähigkeit, eigenständig innerhalb klarer Leitplanken zu arbeiten und Designaufgaben zuverlässig umzusetzen
Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an fachlichem Austausch
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

LIGANOVA HORIZON is a digital experience agency for international brands and part of the LIGANOVA GROUP. We create digital experiences, campaigns and visual systems at the intersection of creativity, technology and innovation, with a strong focus on the digital space of today and tomorrow.

As a Digital Art Director, you work on ambitious digital brand worlds, campaigns and experiences for international clients. You develop strong visual concepts, execute them with confidence and actively contribute motion, 3D and AI expertise to digital projects. You collaborate closely with Senior Art Directors, Creative Direction and interdisciplinary teams across design, motion, 3D, creative technology and development.

You see digital design not as an isolated discipline, but as part of holistic, system-driven brand experiences.

WHAT YOU DO

Develop visual concepts, designs and motion approaches for digital campaigns, experiences and platforms
Translate creative concepts into high-quality design and motion executions within defined visual systems
Contribute to motion, 3D and visual design tasks as part of interdisciplinary project teams
Actively integrate AI and generative AI tools into creative workflows and design processes
Design animations, visuals and moving image content for a wide range of digital touchpoints
Collaborate closely with Senior Art Directors, Creative Directors, Creative Technologists and developers
Contribute to the evolution of visual styles, motion languages and digital design systems
Ensure high visual quality and consistent execution within your scope of responsibility
Stay up to date with trends in digital design, motion, 3D, visual culture and AI

WHO YOU ARE

Several years of experience as a Digital Art Director, Digital Designer or Motion Designer within a digital or creative agency
Strong portfolio focused on digital brand communication, motion and visual concepts
Excellent sense of aesthetics, storytelling and digital brand impact
Confident skills in motion design and solid expertise in digital design; 3D knowledge is a plus
Strong affinity for AI, generative AI and emerging creative technologies, with a clear understanding of their creative value
Ability to work independently within clear creative frameworks and reliably execute design tasks
Collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
Fluent in German and English
