Als Generative AI Expert / AI Artist gestaltest du maßgeblich, wie AI-gestützte Kreation bei LIGANOVA HORIZON gedacht, entwickelt und in reale Projekte überführt wird. Du entwickelst visuelle, motion- und systembasierte Inhalte mit Hilfe von Generative AI und verstehst AI nicht als isoliertes Tool, sondern als integralen Bestandteil moderner kreativer Prozesse. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Creative Direction, Art Direction, Motion, 3D, Creative Technology und Development zusammen.

WHAT YOU DO

Entwicklung visueller, motionbasierter und systemischer Inhalte mit Generative AI für digitale Kampagnen, Experiences und Plattformen
Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung AI-gestützter Workflows – von kreativer Exploration über Prototyping bis zur skalierbaren Content-Produktion
Übersetzung kreativer Leitideen in konsistente, AI-basierte visuelle Systeme und narrative Bildsprachen
Gestaltung von Visuals, Motion-Elementen und Bewegtbildformaten unter Einsatz moderner AI- und Design-Toolchains
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Creative Directors, Art Directors, Motion-, 3D-Designern und Creative Technologists
Evaluation neuer AI-Modelle, Tools und Technologien im kreativen Kontext
Sicherstellung hoher gestalterischer Qualität, visueller Konsistenz und Markenpassung
Aktive Mitgestaltung von AI-Standards, Best Practices und kreativen Workflows innerhalb der Agentur

WHO YOU ARE

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im kreativen Arbeiten mit Generative AI, z. B. als AI Artist, Digital Designer, Motion Designer oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
Starkes Portfolio mit AI-generierten oder AI-unterstützten visuellen Arbeiten mit Fokus auf Digital, Motion oder Visual Systems
Sehr gutes ästhetisches Gespür für Bildsprache, Komposition, Bewegung und digitale Markenwirkung
Sicherer Umgang mit Generative-AI-Tools sowie ein klares Verständnis ihrer kreativen Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Erfahrung in Design-, Motion- oder 3D-nahen Workflows; ein technisches Grundverständnis von AI-Pipelines ist von Vorteil
Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und kreativer Weiterentwicklung
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

As a Generative AI Expert / AI Artist, you play a key role in shaping how AI-driven creation is developed and translated into real client projects. You create visual, motion-based and system-driven content using generative AI and see AI as an integral part of modern creative workflows. You collaborate closely with creative direction, art direction, motion, 3D, creative technology and development.

WHAT YOU DO

Create visual, motion-based and system-driven content using generative AI for digital campaigns, experiences and platforms
Develop and refine AI-based workflows from creative exploration and prototyping to scalable content production
Translate creative lead ideas into consistent AI-powered visual systems and narrative aesthetics
Design visuals, motion elements and moving image formats using contemporary AI and design toolchains
Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Motion & 3D Designers and Creative Technologists
Research, test and evaluate new AI models, tools and technologies in a creative context
Ensure high creative quality, visual consistency and brand relevance
Actively contribute to agency-wide AI standards, best practices and creative workflows

WHO YOU ARE

Several years of experience working creatively with generative AI, e.g. as an AI Artist, Digital Designer, Motion Designer or in a similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated or AI-supported visual work with a focus on digital, motion or visual systems
Excellent sense of aesthetics, composition, movement and digital brand impact
Confident use of generative AI tools and a clear understanding of their creative application
Experience with design-, motion- or 3D-related workflows; basic understanding of AI pipelines is a plus
Structured, reliable and self-driven way of working
Enjoy working collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams
Fluent in German and English
