Als Creative AI Technologist / AI Engineer entwickelst du AI-basierte Systeme, Workflows und Anwendungen, die kreative Prozesse skalierbar, effizient und zukunftsfähig machen. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Engineering, Creative Technology und Kreation und übersetzt kreative Anforderungen in robuste technische Lösungen.
Du verstehst AI nicht als isoliertes Tool, sondern als integralen Bestandteil digitaler Produkte, kreativer Pipelines und datengetriebener Experiences.

WHAT YOU DO

Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung von AI-gestützten Workflows, Tools und Anwendungen für kreative und strategische Use Cases
Entwicklung und Integration von LLM-basierten Systemen, Automatisierungen und agentenbasierten Setups
Aufbau und Pflege skalierbarer AI-Pipelines für Content-, Design-, Motion- und Experience-Prozesse
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Creative Direction, Art Direction, Strategy, Growth und Development
Übersetzung kreativer Anforderungen in saubere technische Architekturen und stabile Systeme
Integration externer APIs, AI-Modelle und Services (z. B. LLMs, Vision-Modelle, generative Systeme)
Evaluierung neuer AI-Technologien, Modelle und Tools hinsichtlich Einsatzfähigkeit, Qualität und Skalierbarkeit
Sicherstellung von Performance, Wartbarkeit, Datenschutz und Compliance (EU / DSGVO)
Dokumentation, Wissenstransfer und Enablement interner Teams im Umgang mit AI-Systemen

WHO YOU ARE

Mehrjährige Erfahrung als AI Engineer, Creative Technologist, Machine Learning Engineer oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von AI- und LLM-basierten Anwendungen und Workflows
Solide Programmierkenntnisse (z. B. Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) sowie Erfahrung mit APIs und Web-Services
Erfahrung mit Automatisierungs- und Workflow-Systemen sowie datengetriebenen Architekturen
Starkes Verständnis für kreative Prozesse, digitale Produkte und agenturtypische Anforderungen
Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu kommunizieren
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

As a Creative AI Technologist / AI Engineer, you design and build AI-driven systems, workflows and applications that make creative processes scalable, efficient and future-ready. You operate at the intersection of engineering, creative technology and creativity, translating creative needs into robust technical solutions.
You see AI not as an isolated tool, but as an integral part of digital products, creative pipelines and data-driven experiences.

WHAT YOU DO

Design, build and deploy AI-powered workflows, tools and applications for creative and strategic use cases
Develop and integrate LLM-based systems, automations and agentic setups
Build and maintain scalable AI pipelines for content, design, motion and experience processes
Collaborate closely with Creative Direction, Art Direction, Strategy, Growth and Development teams
Translate creative requirements into clean technical architectures and reliable systems
Integrate external APIs, AI models and services (e.g. LLMs, vision models, generative systems)
Evaluate emerging AI technologies, models and tools in terms of applicability, quality and scalability
Ensure performance, maintainability, data protection and compliance (EU / GDPR)
Document systems and enable internal teams to work effectively with AI solutions

WHO YOU ARE

Several years of experience as an AI Engineer, Creative Technologist, Machine Learning Engineer or in a comparable role
Strong expertise in building AI- and LLM-based applications and workflows
Solid programming skills (e.g. Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) and experience with APIs and web services
Experience with automation systems, workflow orchestration and data-driven architectures
Strong understanding of creative processes, digital products and agency environments
Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and effectively
Structured, solution-oriented working style with high quality standards
Fluent in German and English
