Als Growth Manager verantwortest du den strategischen Ausbau unseres Wachstums mit klarem Fokus auf New Business und Marktpotenziale. Du identifizierst neue Chancen, strukturierst Wachstumspfade und arbeitest eng mit Kreation, Strategy, Technology und Management zusammen, um nachhaltiges Wachstum für die Agentur zu ermöglichen.

Dabei verstehst du Growth nicht nur als klassischen Vertrieb, sondern als strategische, unternehmerische Aufgabe: Du verbindest Marktverständnis, Positionierung, Angebotslogik und kreative Exzellenz zu überzeugenden New-Business-Ansätzen.

WHAT YOU DO

Strategische Verantwortung für Growth & New Business bei LIGANOVA HORIZON
Identifikation, Analyse und Priorisierung neuer Markt-, Kunden- und Wachstumspotenziale
Entwicklung klarer Wachstumspfade, Zielkundensegmente und Go-to-Market-Ansätze
Strukturierung, Steuerung und Verantwortung von Pitch- und Angebotsprozessen für Neukunden – von Lead-Qualifizierung bis Präsentation
Enge, cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit mit Kreation, Strategy, Technology und Management
Übersetzung von Markt- und Kundenbedürfnissen in überzeugende Angebotsformate, Value Propositions und Storylines
Nutzung datenbasierter Insights, Marktanalysen und AI-gestützter Tools zur Identifikation und Bewertung von New-Business-Chancen
Definition, Monitoring und Weiterentwicklung relevanter KPIs zur Messung von Wachstum und Performance
Aufbau und Pflege eines relevanten Netzwerks im digitalen, kreativen und technologischen Umfeld

WHO YOU ARE

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Growth, New Business, Business Strategy oder Consulting – idealerweise im Agentur-, Digital- oder Beratungsumfeld
Starkes Verständnis für digitale Geschäftsmodelle, Marken, Plattformen und innovative Technologien
Ausgeprägtes strategisches und analytisches Denken, kombiniert mit einem guten Gespür für Kreation, Marke und Markt
Fähigkeit, komplexe strategische Überlegungen in konkrete Maßnahmen, Angebote und Pitchformate zu übersetzen
Unternehmerisches Mindset mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und Gestaltungswillen
Souveräne Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe mit internen Teams und externen Stakeholdern
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

As a Growth Manager, you are responsible for driving our growth strategy with a clear focus on new business and market opportunities. You identify new potentials, structure scalable growth paths and work closely with creative, strategy, technology and management teams to enable sustainable agency growth.

You do not see growth as classic sales, but as a strategic and entrepreneurial discipline – connecting market insight, positioning, offering logic and creative excellence into compelling new business approaches.

WHAT YOU DO

Strategic ownership of growth and new business at LIGANOVA HORIZON
Identification, analysis and prioritisation of new markets, target clients and growth opportunities
Development of clear growth paths, target segments and go-to-market strategies
Ownership and orchestration of pitch and proposal processes for new clients, from lead qualification to presentation
Close cross-functional collaboration with creative, strategy, technology and management teams
Translation of market and client needs into strong value propositions, offerings and narratives
Use of data-driven insights, market analysis and AI-supported tools to identify and assess new business opportunities
Definition, monitoring and continuous development of relevant KPIs to measure growth and performance
Building and maintaining a strong network within the digital, creative and technology ecosystem

WHO YOU ARE

Several years of experience in growth, new business, business strategy or consulting – ideally within an agency, digital or consulting environment
Strong understanding of digital business models, brands, platforms and emerging technologies
Strategic and analytical mindset combined with a strong sense for creativity, brands and markets
Ability to translate complex strategic thinking into concrete actions, offerings and pitch formats
Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and drive
Confident communicator who can engage with internal teams and external stakeholders at eye level
Fluent in German and English
