Als Senior Project Manager Digital übernimmst du die Verantwortung für komplexe digitale Projekte mit internationalen Kunden. Du steuerst interdisziplinäre Teams aus Kreation, Design, Creative Technology und Development und sorgst dafür, dass anspruchsvolle digitale Vorhaben strukturiert, effizient und auf höchstem Qualitätsniveau umgesetzt werden. Dabei verstehst du Projektmanagement nicht als reine Organisation, sondern als aktiven Beitrag zur Qualität, Innovationskraft und Zukunftsfähigkeit unserer Arbeit – inklusive eines reflektierten Einsatzes von AI-gestützten Tools und Workflows.

WHAT YOU DO

Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer digitaler Projekte und Experiences
Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams aus Kreation, Design, Motion, 3D, Creative Technology und Development
Strukturierung von Projektzielen, Timings, Budgets und Ressourcen in enger Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern
Sicherstellung von Qualität, Scope, Timing und Budget über alle Projektphasen hinweg
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Creative Direction und Account Leads als Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe
Moderation von internen und externen Projektmeetings, Workshops und Abstimmungen
Proaktive Risiko- und Abhängigkeitsanalyse sowie Entwicklung pragmatischer Lösungsansätze
Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Standards, Prozessen und Tools – auch im Hinblick auf AI-gestützte Planung und Automatisierung
Transparente Kommunikation gegenüber Kunden und Teams auf Deutsch und Englisch

WHO YOU ARE

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Senior Project Manager, Digital Project Manager oder vergleichbarer Rolle in einer Digital- oder Kreativagentur
Souveräne Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer digitaler Projekte für internationale Kunden
Sehr gutes Verständnis digitaler Produkte, Plattformen und kreativer Produktionsprozesse
Ausgeprägte organisatorische Stärke, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Disziplinen zusammenzuführen und Teams klar, ruhig und lösungsorientiert zu führen
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Budgets, Timings, Ressourcenplanung und externen Dienstleistern
Affinität zu neuen Technologien, digitalen Trends sowie AI- und Automatisierungspotenzialen im Projektkontext
Kommunikationsstärke, Verbindlichkeit und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Partnern
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

As a Senior Project Manager Digital, you take ownership of complex digital projects for international clients. You lead interdisciplinary teams across creation, design, creative technology and development and ensure that ambitious digital initiatives are delivered with structure, clarity and the highest quality standards. You see project management not as administration, but as an active contribution to creative excellence, innovation and scalable digital solutions – including the thoughtful use of AI-supported tools and workflows.

WHAT YOU DO

End-to-end responsibility for planning, managing and delivering complex digital projects and experiences
Lead interdisciplinary teams across creative, design, motion, 3D, creative technology and development
Define project scope, timelines, budgets and resources in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
Ensure quality, scope, timing and budget across all project phases
Act as a reliable sparring partner for Creative Direction and Account Leads
Facilitate internal and external meetings, workshops and alignment formats
Proactively identify risks and dependencies and develop pragmatic solutions
Contribute to the development of project management standards, processes and tools – including AI-supported planning and automation
Maintain clear, transparent communication with clients and teams in German and English

WHO YOU ARE

Several years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Digital Project Manager or in a comparable role within a digital or creative agency
Proven track record in managing complex digital projects for international brands
Strong understanding of digital products, platforms and creative production workflows
Highly structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams with clarity, calmness and confidence
Experience with budget management, timelines, resource planning and external partners
High affinity for digital innovation, emerging technologies and the application of AI in project contexts
Strong communication skills and professional presence with clients and partners
Fluent in German and English
