Als Account Director Digital verantwortest du die strategische und partnerschaftliche Führung komplexer Kundenbeziehungen im digitalen Raum. Du agierst als Trusted Advisor auf Augenhöhe, verbindest unternehmerisches Denken mit kreativer Exzellenz und sorgst dafür, dass unsere digitalen Projekte nicht nur erfolgreich umgesetzt werden, sondern langfristige Wirkung entfalten. Dabei verstehst du Account Leadership als Balance aus Strategie, Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Zukunftsfähigkeit – inklusive eines souveränen Umgangs mit AI-gestützten Prozessen und neuen digitalen Potenzialen.

WHAT YOU DO

Strategische Gesamtverantwortung für ausgewählte Kundenaccounts im digitalen Umfeld
Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Kundenpartnerschaften auf Entscheider-Ebene
Beratung von Kunden zu digitalen Markenstrategien, Experiences, Plattformen und Kampagnen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Creative Direction, Strategy, Project Management, Creative Technology und Development
Verantwortung für Scope, Budgets, Forecasts und wirtschaftliche Steuerung der Accounts
Sicherstellung höchster inhaltlicher, kreativer und operativer Qualität über alle Touchpoints hinweg
Identifikation von Wachstumspotenzialen sowie Upselling- und Cross-Selling-Opportunities
Begleitung von Angebotsprozessen, Pitches und Vertragsverhandlungen
Klare, strukturierte und transparente Kommunikation intern wie extern
Aktive Weiterentwicklung von Account-Strukturen, Prozessen und Arbeitsweisen – insbesondere im Hinblick auf AI-gestützte Effizienz- und Analysepotenziale

WHO YOU ARE

Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Account Director, Senior Account Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Führungsrolle in einer Digital- oder Kreativagentur
Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der strategischen Betreuung internationaler Kunden und digitaler Projekte
Sehr gutes Verständnis für digitale Produkte, Plattformen, Kampagnen und experience-getriebene Markenführung
Unternehmerisches Denken, wirtschaftliches Verständnis und Verhandlungssicherheit
Souveränes Auftreten sowie hohe Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz auf Management-Ebene
Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen klar zu strukturieren und unterschiedliche Disziplinen zusammenzuführen
Interesse an technologischen Entwicklungen, digitalen Innovationen sowie AI- und Automatisierungspotenzialen
Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

As an Account Director Digital, you are responsible for the strategic and partnership-driven leadership of complex client relationships in the digital space. You act as a trusted advisor at eye level, combining entrepreneurial thinking with creative excellence and ensuring that our digital projects not only succeed, but create long-term impact. You see account leadership as a balance of strategy, quality, commercial responsibility and future readiness – including the confident use of AI-driven processes and emerging digital opportunities

WHAT YOU DO

Strategic ownership of selected digital client accounts
Build, maintain and grow long-term client partnerships at decision-maker level
Advise clients on digital brand strategies, experiences, platforms and campaigns
Collaborate closely with Creative Direction, Strategy, Project Management, Creative Technology and Development
Own scope, budgets, forecasts and commercial performance of your accounts
Ensure highest creative, strategic and operational quality across all touchpoints
Identify growth opportunities including upselling and cross-selling potentials
Lead proposal processes, pitches and contract negotiations
Ensure clear, structured and transparent communication internally and externally
Continuously develop account structures, processes and ways of working – especially regarding AI-driven efficiency and analytical potential

WHO YOU ARE

Several years of experience as an Account Director, Senior Account Manager or in a comparable leadership role within a digital or creative agency
Proven experience in the strategic management of international clients and digital projects
Strong understanding of digital products, platforms, campaigns and experience-driven brand leadership
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Confident presence and excellent communication and consulting skills at management level
Ability to structure complex topics clearly and connect interdisciplinary teams
Interest in technological innovation, digital trends and AI-driven opportunities
High level of ownership combined with a structured and solution-oriented working style
Fluent in German and English
