Als Praktikant oder Werkstudent im Bereich Project Management Digital arbeitest du eng mit erfahrenen Project Managern, Art Direction, Creative Technology und Development zusammen. Du unterstützt die Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller digitaler Projekte und erhältst tiefe Einblicke in professionelle Agenturprozesse.
Projektmanagement verstehen wir nicht als reine Organisation, sondern als aktiven Beitrag zur Qualität, Effizienz und Zukunftsfähigkeit digitaler Experiences – inklusive eines reflektierten Einsatzes moderner Tools und AI-gestützter Workflows.

WHAT YOU DO

Im Rahmen eines Pflichtpraktikums (Vollzeit, ca. 6 Monate):
- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung digitaler Projekte und Experiences
- Mitarbeit bei der Strukturierung von Timings, Aufgaben, Abhängigkeiten und Ressourcen
- Unterstützung der Projektteams in der täglichen Zusammenarbeit zwischen Design, Motion, Creative Technology und Development
- Vorbereitung und Dokumentation von Projektmeetings, Abstimmungen und Präsentationen
- Mitarbeit bei der Qualitätssicherung sowie beim Tracking von Fortschritt, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten
- Kennenlernen und Anwenden moderner Projektmanagement-Tools und AI-gestützter Planungsansätze
Im Rahmen einer Werkstudententätigkeit (Teilzeit, studienbegleitend):
- Unterstützung laufender digitaler Projekte im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Pflege von Projektplänen, Timings und Statusübersichten
- Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für interne und externe Abstimmungen
- Flexible Arbeitszeiten in Abstimmung mit deinem Studienplan

WHO YOU ARE

Eingeschriebene:r Student:in im Bereich BWL, Medienmanagement, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Digital Media oder vergleichbar
Interesse an einem Pflichtpraktikum im Rahmen eines Praxissemesters (6 Monate) oder an einer Werkstudententätigkeit während des Studiums
Starkes Interesse an digitalen Projekten, Agenturprozessen und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Organisationsvermögen
Erste Berührungspunkte mit Projektmanagement-Tools oder digitalen Arbeitsmethoden von Vorteil
Affinität zu digitalen Tools, neuen Technologien und AI-gestützten Workflows
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

LIGANOVA HORIZON is a digital experience agency for international brands and part of the LIGANOVA GROUP. We create digital experiences, campaigns and visual systems at the intersection of creativity, technology and innovation, with a strong focus on future-ready digital brand leadership.

As an intern or working student in Digital Project Management, you will work closely with experienced Project Managers, Art Direction, Creative Technology and Development teams. You will support the planning, coordination and delivery of complex digital projects and gain deep insights into professional agency workflows.
We see project management not as administration, but as an active contribution to the quality, efficiency and future-readiness of digital experiences, including the thoughtful use of modern tools and AI-supported workflows.

WHAT YOU DO

As part of a mandatory internship (full-time, approx. 6 months):
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of digital projects and experiences
- Assist in structuring timelines, tasks, dependencies and resources
- Support interdisciplinary collaboration across design, motion, creative technology and development
- Prepare and document project meetings, alignments and presentations
- Contribute to quality assurance and progress tracking
- Learn and apply modern project management tools and AI-supported planning approaches
As part of a working student position (part-time, alongside your studies):
- Support ongoing digital projects in day-to-day operations
- Maintain project plans, timelines and status reports
- Prepare materials for internal and external alignments
- Flexible working hours aligned with your study schedule

WHO YOU ARE

Enrolled student in business administration, media management, communication studies, business informatics, digital media or a comparable field
Interested in a mandatory internship as part of a practical semester (6 months) or a working student position alongside your studies
Strong interest in digital projects, agency workflows and interdisciplinary collaboration
Structured, reliable working style with strong organisational skills
First exposure to project management tools or digital working methods is a plus
Affinity for digital tools, emerging technologies and AI-supported workflows
Very good German and good English skills
